Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. Every job starts with an in-home diagnostic and a written quote laying out your options — you see every price before any work begins. We are flat-rate, not hourly: the number you agree to is the number you pay.
Do you do 24/7 emergency calls?
No — overnight emergency work tends to be rushed work, and we'd rather do it right. But please don't let the clock stop you from calling. If water is actively flowing, shut off your main valve, then call us any time — we'll get to you as soon as we can.
What areas do you cover?
Our primary service area is Windsor (95492), Healdsburg (95448), and the Fountaingrove and Bennett Valley neighborhoods of Santa Rosa (95403, 95404, 95405, 95409) — these are where we work most weeks.
